Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of The Arc of Johnston County, N.C. Inc.
The Board of Directors consists of no less than 6 or more than 15 directors, of whom up to 9 shall be elected by the membership and up to 6 are appointed by the Board of Directors. A minimum of 1 Board of Directors seat is designated for an adult with cognitive, intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities.
According to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, at an annual meeting the membership shall elect officers and board members from a list recommended by the Board of Directors Nomination Committee.
